Ulusal Emlakçılar Birliği (NAR), mart ayına ilişkin ikinci el konut satış verilerini açıkladı.

Buna göre, ülkede ikinci el konut satış sayısı, mevsim etkilerinden arındırılmış olarak martta aylık bazda yüzde 5,9 azalarak 4,02 milyona geriledi.

Piyasa beklentisi, ikinci el konut satış sayısının bu dönemde 4,14 milyon seviyesinde olması yönündeydi.

İkinci el konut satışları, şubatta yüzde 4,4 yükselişle 4,27 milyon olarak kaydedilmişti.

Ülkede ikinci el konut satışları, martta yıllık bazda da yüzde 2,4 azaldı.

ABD'de ikinci el piyasasında medyan konut fiyatı, martta yıllık bazda yüzde 2,7 artarak 403 bin 700 dolara çıktı ve tüm zamanların en yüksek mart ayı değeri görüldü. Böylece ülkede medyan konut fiyatı, art arda 21'inci ayda yıllık bazda artışını sürdürdü.

Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen NAR Başekonomisti Lawrence Yun, yüksek mortgage oranlarının satın almayı zorlaştırması nedeniyle martta ev alım satımının durgun seyrettiğini bildirdi.
